Looking for a girl to replace our bestfriend!

Three of us girls have lived in our little flat for our 2nd year at university however, our best friend has now decided she would like to live alone. We are looking for a young female to live with us for the academic year of 2015/2016. Of course you don't have to be a student, but these are the dates the flat is available from as our third flatmate will not be leaving until August 2015. You will have the largest room in the house, the kitchen has just been refurbished, a living room and bathroom. We are both very tidy, and friendly!
