I am a 26 yr old professional female working in retail management in town.
Interests include music, film and travel amongst other things!

You will have your own bathroom. The double bedroom includes a large built in wardrobe and a bedside table. There's an open plan living space and kitchen and a small balcony.

There is a 32 inch tv in the living room.

Bills are £10 for broadband, £20 for electricity and £90 for council tax each, per month. Plus water every 6 months. Bills are not included in the rent. The deposit is £375. There's an additional admin fee that the letting agency require to carry out references and a credit check which is £75 each.

There is off street parking included in the price under the apartment block which is not used by myself since I don't drive. There is also a video entry system.
