Available is a cosy and comfortable double room located in Lenton, on a quiet street that backs onto the park estate. It's within walking distance to the city centre, train station, both the universities and QMC.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair. There is additional storage space if needed. The house comprises of a good sized shared living room, kitchen with a utility area, bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. We have a big garden, with a veg patch and green house too!

The housemates are all friendly, welcoming, relaxed and considerate. 2 are working full time and another is a student nurse.

Rent is a ridiculously good value £173. 75 a month, bills come to £80 each month (including council tax and speedy wi fi). There would be a deposit of £173. 75 plus a £50 charge for admin and contracts to get out the way to begin with too.
