Seeking Housemate for Housemate

Hi my names Luke and I'm looking for a new housemate to take residence when I move out in March. My current housemate wants to keep the property on and who can blame him this pad rocks!

We live in the Hicking Building a popular residence close to the city and train station. If your interested or would like to know more please message me.
The room up for grabs includes a walk in wardrobe and en suite, there is parking also included or can be rented off to save money to rent. (This is what we currently do).

The place has lots of space, an open plan lounge and kitchen. (See pics)
