1 Bedroom Available Lenton

Hi,

My housemates and I are looking for one other person to share our 4 bedroom terrace house in Lenton, a 20 minute walk to town, the train station and University Park campus.

The available room is fully furnished with a double bed, it is £82 a week with bills (excluding internet - but that's cheap and already set up). It is a good sized room with desk, chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe and plenty of shelf space.

We have a cosy dining room/lounge with a flat screen TV included. Kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, toaster, washing machine, microwave, stove-oven, kettle, and a large amount of personal cupboard space.

The landlords are brilliant and we have a lovely handyman who is on call 24/7 and promptly fixes any problems; from light bulbs to forgetting your keys.

We are three friendly and tidy girls who enjoy going out but love a good movie night too. We are looking for an easy going, non-smoker and clean housemate.
