Looking for someone to take my room from the 1st of March until the end of July whilst I am studying abroad in Germany. The house is on Bute Avenue, in the heart of Lenton which is 10 minutes from both town and Nottingham University, so perfect for students stuyding at either Nottingham or Nottinham Trent University. Particularly close to bus links and to the Sainsburys. The bedroom to let is in a shared house with 6 other girls who are all genuinely lovely and get along well together. The bedroom comes fully furnished and has a large window so is spacious and bright. Kitchen, 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets, 2 showers and a bath are shared with the other girls. Rent is £75 and bills are normally £10 or less on top.
