Nice apartment in city centre location

A friend who I shared the pad with for 2 years has decided to go and live in the big smoke, so I am looking for someone to rent the room.

I was tempted on moving out, but the flat and location are so good I thought I would try this before resigning to the fact of losing the place.

The apartment is in a complex at Castle Marina Nottingham. This is a short walk to the city centre, and has a retail park, supermarket and pub literally next door.

The flat itself is a 2 bed, with open living area and a balcony, with parking available.

I'm a pretty social easy going guy, who actually spends a fair amount of time away from the flat. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask away.
