We're looking for a new housemate for our giant 5 bed house in Carrington NG5. I am moving down the road to Sherwood so we have a spare room from 1st November 2019.
It's an awesome property featuring spacious living areas, huge garden both front and back, modern kitchen with two ovens, 6 hobs and dishwasher and just happens to be 30 seconds walk to the nearest bus stop which is always useful! We're situated on Alexandra Street in Carrington which is a 20 minute walk / 5 minute drive from town and is an ideal location for anyone working/studying in the city centre or Basford/Sherwood/Forest Fields areas. We have a drive too and there's on street non-permit parking so ideal if you have a car.
We're looking for a housemate rather than a 'room to let' scenario! We're all I guess 'young professionals' (whatever that actually means?!) between 26-36 and there's currently 1 guy and 3 girls in the house so ideally we're looking for people between 20-36 who are social, tidy, good fun and can bring something to the house.
The rent is split as a household at £285 per calendar month and we all pay £90 bills . There's a £60 admin fee for our letting agent and the deposit is £265.00. Bills cover council tax, electricity/gas, Virgin TV with 152meg Broadband and water.
The room is unfurnished, but I have some furniture I am happy to discuss leaving/selling if needed when you come round to visit!
