Double bedroom available in lenton

I have chosen not to return to university next year and so I'm looking for someone to fill my room in the house. It's a lovely, decent sized house with 8 double bedrooms, a kitchen and living area and three bathrooms. Inclusive of bills it costs £105 pw, but this also includes broadband and a TV and TV license. The house was fully renovated last year to a very high standard. The people you would be living with are some of the best people I've ever met and are great fun to be around and I know they will make for great housemates.
