Description
Hi guys,
I live in a 3 bedroom house in Langley Mill and my current housemate is moving out at the end of February as he is leaving the area so I am looking for someome new to move in.
The house is a lovely, modern, 3 bedroom semi-detatched new build in a small, quiet cul-de-sac. There is a small grassed garden and an attached garage and driveway. There are 2 double bedrooms and a small single room (which isn't occupied but can be used for storage or whatever). One of the double rooms is slightly bigger than the other and has built in wardrobes and ensuite bathroom. This room would be ã300 pcm or the smaller one would be ã260. (Bills would be on top). All you would really need is your own bed and bedroom furniture as the house is pretty much furnished. However, I would want you to feel free to add your own touch to the place.
For those who don't know much about Langley Mill, don't be put off. It's a small "town" but the house is located in a nice area. It's about 15 mins from Derby and Nottingham and there are good transport links with the M1 minutes away. There is a train station close by and if you like nights out there are ã5 night buses that run late. There is also a 24hr Asda 2 mins away aswell as a McDonals/kfc/Lidl. There is a decent council gym with a swimming pool close by if that's your kind of thing.
So about me... I am a 26yr old professional female who works in the Emergency Services. I am a considerate, laid back gal. I like to chill out in the evening and enjoy baking, watching box-sets and doing crafty things. Due to my job, I work shifts including nights, so I would often be out of the house in the evening so you would have a fair bit of free space if you want it.
About you... id like a housemate who is kind, friendly, reliable and clean. I don't want to feel like I live with a stranger, so it would be nice to live with someome who would like to watch a movie or go for dinner or drinks occasionally. All I ask is that you be considerate that I work nights some times. The ideal person would be someone who works in the same type of industry but its not essential. Sorry if it counts you out but no DSS.
So, if after reading this you are still interested, please feel free to contact me. If you like, we could arrange to meet or you could come and look at the house. I hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks,
Stacey
