The property has recently been painted and has had brand new flooring throughout. It is clean, tidy and modern. It is situated close to the QMC and University and is only 10 mins away from the City Centre. It is a very quiet road with good neighbours being members of Neighbour Hood Watch.

I have 2 large double rooms for rent. It is currently furnished however if you have your own furniture then this could be removed. The property is very spacious with a large lounge and a large kitchen/diner which has only recently been fitted. It also has a garage which could be used for storing bikes etc. There is a front and back garden and off road parking.

The rent would include all bills, including wifi, tv package and Netflix.

There is currently a female of 25years living in the property who is friendly and clean - professional. Works full time close to the University.
