5 female room mates looking for 1 other

We have a six bed house at 17 Scalford Drive, Wollaton, Nottingham, but have unfortunately lost a housemate and therefore now have one spare room. We are preferably looking for a female housemate. The rent of the house is £95ppw including bills.
We are currently five female first year students studying Biology, Management, Law and Politics at the University of Nottingham. We are friendly and sociable people, who are very clean and tidy. We are approachable people and hope that if you chose to live with us you would feel comfortable and accepted.
The house is located in Wollaton which is a 20 minute walk from Jubilee Campus and a 15 minute walk to both QMC main entrance and University North Entrance. There is a bus stop located at the end of our road which goes to the city centre.
