The Hicking Building (£450 PCM including Bills)

I have a spare double sized room available to rent for a minimum of 3 months. My apartment is on the top floor of "The Hicking Building" with stunning views of the city centre. Ideally situated for the training station, tram and all other public transport facilities in Nottingham.

The double room is furnished with a three quarter storage bed, desk (that could be removed if a wardrobe is required), 32" smart TV and broadband (Cost of Broadband included).

I do not have a parking space available within the building, but there is parking on road outside the building at £2 a day (only needed if parking between 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, all other times free).

I am professional accountant working for the hospital in Nottingham (I am aged 35), the room offered in this advert is my spare room in my apartment.

I am offering this spare room at £450 PCM including all utility bills and broadband, I will be the live in landlord. I am happy to negotiation the price if the room was only needed for 5 days of the week i. e. if the tenant was traveling home each weekend the price could be reduced.
