Looking for one person to fill a room for 3 months from 30th April (this date is flexible within a week) until rent finishes on 31st July. It is a lovely house with some really nice people - I am moving as I have gotten a job abroad and need someone to take my place. The room is medium sized with a double bed, furnished with a large desk, office chair and shelving. It has a separate small walk in wardrobe. Room comes with access to a living room, large kitchen with attached dining and a 2 small bathrooms. Ideal for students or temp workers as it is five minutes away from University Park Campus, Jubilee Campus and the QMC, with free hopper bus links to City Hospital and Sutton Bonnington at University park as well.
