House mate wanted for lovely property in The Park

My name is Katherine and i have recently moved to Nottingham.

I am a 32 years old hardworking professional, who also enjoys socialising, exercising and watching films!

I am looking for someone to join my tenancy for it's last couple of months, as of now, or in July when the current tenancy expires.

The property is a unique detached 2 double bedroom, coach house in the sought after area of The Park. It has a shared bathroom, dining room, 3 ornamental fire places, a spacious kitchen and lounge area with French doors into the private court yard.

I am a friendly and considerate individual looking for a like minded individual to share this lovely property with and would love to meet if this is of interest to you.

The rent specified is all inclusive and covers half the tenancy, council tax/park estate fees & but all other utility bills will be paid by myself as acknowledgement that i am already in the larger of the 2 bedrooms.

I am also open to "buddy up" invitations once this tenancy expires in July but would love to remain in the property with someone.
