The house is located in forest fields, a short 15 minute walk into town/NTU city campus, also good bus links close by.

The house is a huge 5 bedroomed house, all double bedrooms with a wardrobe, desk, chair, drawers and built in shelving. The rooms are all light and airy with big windows and plenty of space.

The kitchen is a good size, with a washer/dryer, 2 fridge freezers and a dishwasher.
The living room has a big bay window, with 2 sofas and a 42 inch plasma tv included with the house.

On the first floor there is a full bathroom with a shower over the bath and a shower room on the second floor.
The house comes with a decent sized garden and plenty of parking outside.

There is currently a group of 3 housemates, 2 females 1 male, all in 3rd or 4th year, looking for one or two people to share with. We are all laid back friendly people who enjoy socialising together, going out for drinks as well as staying in and watching a film.
