we are looking for a new housemate to share a well-kept, spacious & homely house on Woodborough Rd. as our current housemate has (shamefully) decided to ditch us to travel the world! You will be sharing with Marta (translator), Eimear (geologist) & Rageni (fashion expert).

Light double room with double bed & other furniture (wardrobe, chest of drawers etc.). Includes two shared kitchens (one is an aspiring bakery), living room, dining room, two brand-new bathrooms, cellar & outside space. The entire house has just been redecorated.

We have high speed broadband wifi & landline.

Washing machine, microwave, gas oven & hob. Plenty of free on-road parking on quiet street. Excellent frequent bus links to city centre & the universities; the bus stop is just across the road. It's about a 10 mins walk to town, Hockley (bars, cafes etc.) & Tesco.

We are looking for a graduate student/professional who enjoys living in an sociable household - preferably a Michelin starred cook, billionaire, philanthropist & Guardian reader (Sunday Times accepted).

Rent is £340 pcm including all bills but internet.
