Room At Raleigh Park Ideal For Uni Of Notts

I'm currently looking for a replacement tenant for my self-catered room at Raleigh Park (NG7). You would be sharing the flat with 5 other friendly flatmates that consists of a communal kitchen and 3 shared bathrooms. Additionally there are outgoing students in the block who are predominately female. The rent for the first semester has already been paid, meaning you only have to pay for the second and third term payments which are: £1,692 and £752 respectively. You must pay these upfront at the start of the term, it is the equivalent of £96pw, a know its a real pain that they want it in large installments.
Nearby there is a lidl (2 min walk max) which is a life saviour and fast food like subway and dominoes.
Raleigh Park is also a 5 min walk from Jubilee campus where you can take the hopper bus to University Park campus, or it is a 25 min walk to the Uni Park campus. The city centre is a 30 min walk or you can catch the following buses: two, 28, 34, 35, 36 that will take you to the centre for only £1
