Hi, we are looking for x1 person to share with Fidel and Edith, both independant, mature students. Our new house mate will be naturally friendly, professional, are easy to live with and must be clean and tidy.

We have 3 good refurbished double bedrooms at this address.
The last available is a double room. Its one of two rooms that share a bathroom with corner bath and shower.

The house has a spacious lounge & dining area, and a sunny patio that is perfect for summer bbq's! The kitchen is small but is fully kitted out. There is a utility room, cellar and outside a secure lockup for bikes or sports equipment.

The house is a 3 minutes walk a major bus route and is in a great location for shopping and socializing. We are a 10 minute bus ride from Nottingham City, a short walk away from the city hospital, and for drivers the ring road, M1 and A1 are not far away.
