2 Double Rooms, Nottingham City Centre (NG1)

We're two first year Trent students looking for two friendly housemates to live with us for the next academic year (September 2016-summer 2017) as we've had some bad luck and two of the people we were going to live with have decided to drop out of uni.
We will be living in this house for our second year (move in from 1st September 2016).

Large furnished double rooms in a nice terraced house 5 minutes walk from NTU city campus. The house being refurbished in the summer (living room re-floored, toilet and shower split, smallest bedroom extended to be of equal size). Ideal for Trent students. Spacious bedrooms, stairway has a skylight, decent sized garden with decking.

£82 a week per tenant, bills not included. Friendly house mates, all bedrooms are nicely furnished and include a large work desk, ideal for design and art students!
