My current house mate is leaving at the end of February and I need to share the rent with someone.
I'm definitely a very relaxed, friendly and approachable person who is always up for socialising. I'm also hard working and driven!
I enjoy my own personal space so it's not unusual for me to spent a lot of time in my room.
I'm certainly looking for someone who is clean and tidy, enjoys music and has a sense of humour.
The house is situated on a quiet little street just 5 minutes away from Sherwood centre. Sherwood is great for cafe's, charity shops, restaurants, Wetherspoons, pubs and transport links.
The house is only part furnished so you'll definitely need a bed.
