Double Room with Ensuite - Modern 3 Storey House

We are two young professionals, one English and one French in our late-twenties.
Friendly and easy going, we both like to keep fit and stay active. Our third roomate is leaving at the start of May, so we are looking for someone to replace him!

We live in a big, modern 4 bed house (3 double and one single), located in a new development in Wilford.
The house is set over 3 floors, with an open planed kitchen diner and living area. The house has 2 bathrooms one of which is an ensuite and 3 toilets.
The house is already connected to the internet (Superfast broadband).

There is a garage and a lot of secure parking spaces available at the front of the property.

Our ideal housemate would be easy going, tidy and reliable with rent.
