The housemates (4 young professionals all in their 20’s) are looking for a tidy, sociable, & easy going young professional / mature student (non smoker) to join their friendly house share. Someone who wants a home and not a messy house and who is prepared to do their share of the housework. If you are not already a clean and tidy person please do not apply.

This is a beautiful, victorian house, just 10 mins walk from city centre/train station. It’s a house for those who appreciate lots of communal living space with high ceilings, no ground floor bedrooms here!

We have a large, bright, furnished double bedroom located on the 1st floor at the rear of the house overlooking the garden. This room shares a shower room on the 1st floor with 2 others. Rent is £520 inclusive of all bills so is great value : )
