Room available in 3 bedroom 3 story student house

Shared student accommodation very close to University of Nottingham main campus, QMC and Jubilee Campus.

Looking to rent out my room for next year (1st Aug 2016-31st July 2017) because I've had to move back to London.

I will pay the first months rent (Aug 1st-Aug 28th), and you are free to move in from August 1st. Rent after is £75pw bills not included. Typically bills come to £10pw including internet (100Mbps).

Room includes a desk with a chair, wardrobe, drawers, a double bed and a bedside cabinet.

Shared kitchen equipped with microwave, toaster, oven, washer-dryer, fridge/freezer, kettle, and enough cutlery and dishes for 3 people.

Current occupants are male students. They are very friendly, play video games and enjoy meeting up in the shared living room to play card games occasionally.

I will get you in contact with the landlord (Aman) to discuss viewing the property and discussing the contract if you are interested.
