It is carpeted and in a good order. The room is east facing with a view towards the front (lavender) garden and the road. The deposit for securing the room is £420 and the rent will be £600.
The house has a big living/dining room, two toilets, and a utility room with a fridge-freezer and a washer-dryer. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower booth.
The walking distance to the city centre is about 15-20 minutes and to Nottingham Trent University is about 25 minutes. The bus stop (bus 39) is about 60-70 meters from the property. Also, Lidl and Falcon Supermarket are within 7-10 minutes walking distance.
All bills are included in the rent.
