I am currently looking for someone to replace me in a house share, preferably female. Due to an unforeseeable situation after arising I will have to return home and need someone to take over my contract until July 2017. The room is a large room with a double bed, sofa, wardrobe, multiple shelves, dressing table, desk and bookshelf. There is also a wide screen TV that is mine but I will include that in the deal to be kept by the new tenant if I can find someone before September. There are 3 toilets and 2 showers in the house, 1 of which is just outside the advertised room. There is also a shared kitchen and living room situation, a large driveway and garden with BBQ and outdoor seating arrangements.

Due to the location of the house on Derby Road it would be perfect for anyone studying in the QMC, which is a 2minute walk away, the Jubilee campus is a 5minute walk away and so is the main University of Nottingham campus.

Rent is ££75 a week and with bills added on at ££15 a week, the total will be ££90 a week all inclusive.
