It has been newly decorated, double bed, has LOADS of storage space, BIG fitted wardrobes, computer desk, & is offered with full share of all the other facilities; including a slick & shiny clean Bathroom, and immaculate black & chrome Ikea Kitchen complete with 5 ring hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, & all modern conveniences.

Our Home is in a great centrally located, very quiet part of Nottingham City, just 10 mins walk from the Train Station, River Trent, Victoria Embankment, & Trent Bridge; & we are also on the 4 & 11 Bus routes (every 10mins direct into the City).

It is currently shared between us - 2 very friendly guys, & the landlord (who stays here just 1 week in 6).

We all like to live in a very friendly, respectful, & importantly, a clean & tidy environment; & are looking for another pretty unique & special house-mate to share with, who will also appreciate keeping a clean, tidy living environment.

The house has wireless wi-fi 30meg internet, & the garden is a tranquil urban idyll, to escape & unwind, and even has a fire pit next to the 'Vegas Box'!
We even have our own projector/cinema space on the top floor, with giant beanbag & huge armchairs for those big screen nights in!

We also have very friendly neighbours & this is a GREAT & safe part of town to live!

The rent includes ALL bills, and half a months rent will be asked as deposit.
