Student studio apartment for solo/couples

Due to circumstances, I am looking for someone to take on my contract at Lace Market Studios. The Apartment is on the top floor with brilliant views of the city and has a double bed, kitchen area and shower room, all inclusive of bills and utilities (£155 per week). Great central city location, good facilities in a very modern building. This is currently the only room available in the building. (there is a vast variety of students in the accommodation and has to be the friendliness accommodations for students in Nottingham!)
