Nottingham two accommodation replacement tenent

Hi everyone,
i have got a deluxe ensuite room at Nottingham Two student accommodation that i am looking to sell to somebody as i will now be commuting to university. However i have already put down my deposit and didn't cancel within the cancellation days, therefore i need to find a replacement tenant. If anyone is interested, the room number is D38A and is £122 per week on a 51 week contract. You would also need to directly ask Nottingham Two for that specific room as they are no longer advertising it on their website, you will need to explain that you're going to be the replacement tenant. i would be extremely grateful to anyone who does buy this flat!
