A lovely young lady staying on in Nottingham after Uni has snapped up first room.

We have had 3 great housemates get on that well they've gone on to rent together....Matching tenants to houses is paramount to us.
We have this occasionally as our housemates have bonded so well, we've even had a Multi-Let wedding and baby from tenants in our early years!

This property is on the doorstep of Nottingham city centre, University of Nottingham and the QMC with excellent transport links with the multi award winning Nottingham City Transport.

This recently refurbished home on Radford Boulevard is in a prime location and opposite Castle View Retail Park which consists of a good Aldi Challenge and B & M Bargains.

What’s unique about this houseshare is there is a kitchen and large lounge area.
The kitchen consists of; Gas hob and electric oven (any chefs preferred combination), large fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster.
