Vegan live in landlord hoping to share with a veggie/vegan.
Two rooms available now, so move in anytime.
Council tax band B.

Advertising 1 room in my house (double room and furnished - )
All bills included, so no extra costs

7 minutes by bus to town. Close to the tram for routes across the city.

I am a teacher in the local area so would prefer someone studious during the week. Love live music and dabble at home.

I think I am fairly easy going but obviously would interview to see if we are compatible for living together!
