Four furnished double rooms are available for the academic year 2025/26 in an all-female student house-share in the popular area of Lenton, Nottingham NG7. It's ideally located for both Nottingham and Nottingham Trent Universities, the campuses are about a 15/20 minute walk away, as is the city centre.

Room accommodation is for single occupancy for up to 12 months in a well maintained double-story house.

Security features include double-glazed windows and doors and a managed alarm system.

The house benefits from full central heating. All rooms are carpeted and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, mirror, sets of drawers, desk and chair.

Reasonable sized bathroom with shower. The toilet is a separate room. The communal living room includes a leather settee, flat-screen TV with Virgin Media cable TV and high speed broadband.

Although free on-road parking is available, several bus routes to both the Uni campuses and the city centre are very close by, as are two supermarkets.

Rent starts from £436 per month for the smallest double increasing to £457 for the standard double.
