Nice and comfortable Room for students

The room is located in a nice student residence near the Canal, in the city centre.
It's provided with a 3/4 sized bed, a wide desk, a chair, a bedside table, a wardrobe and lots of shelves. The room has a canal side view. Flatmates are friendly and open, all the students are welcome, including foreigners. The flat is provided with a washing machine and a dryer, a hoover and everything you need in the kitchen (ovens, fridges, freezers, microwaves, etc); a shared kitchen and living area with a television and a place to chill.
All bills included. 15 minute walk to Nottingham train station. 3 minutes walk to Sainsbury's.
