We have a lovely large double room with a double bed having a quality mattress and memory topper, with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage. There is high speed broadband (100mps) via Virgin and TV in the room. Accommodation includes a bathroom (may be shared on occasion) and use of a breakfast room with wi-fi, tv, dining table and super sofa to relax on! You will have shared use of a large kitchen with range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer etc. The utility room includes a washer and tumble dryer - but if preferred all washing (within reason) will be laundered for you for free.
All bedding is provided and the rooms are cleaned each week.
Outside we have a very large patio (with furniture and a barbecue) and a beautiful garden.
The house is ideally located 3 mins from J26 of the M1, with buses 2 minutes walk away and the Phoenix Park tram stop 5 minutes walk - for easy access to Nottingham or the IKEA retail site. Off and on-road car parking is available.
