My house is spacious, I'm tidy and also have a cleaner. There is a private drive, car port (behind solid gates) and garage so storing a bike etc shouldn't be a problem
Well maintained private south facing garden, great for bbqs and relaxing. It's a quiet, peaceful area. I have great neighbours and it's a very nice place to live.
The room has a quality kingsize bed with a new memory-foam topped mattress. There are 2 large wardrobes and 3 sets of drawers.
The bathroom has a full size bath and electric shower.
The kitchen has all the normal appliances and a few extras like slow cooker and a rice cooker. Also I have a decent Bosch washing machine you'd be welcome to use.
I like watching film's when I get time, the lounge has a 46" lcd TV and an AV amp with a 5. 1 surround system. Also there is a Sky box and unlimited broadband.
I'm looking for a friendly lodger, due to a new job near London - I rent a room in a flat down there and want to offset that cost. I work most weekends so you'll have the place to yourself quite often.
Sociable but professional a must, it's not a party house, well once in a blue moon maybe.
I have worked out bills and estimate them to total £100/month. This is 25% of council tax and 50% of gas, electric, water, sky and cleaner.
