Cosy single room to rent to 1 Female in modern house with shared full kitchen, a kitchenette and 2 bathrooms. Quiet neighbourhood and parking available. Close to bus/tram to city centre , 10 min walk. and close to M1. I am clean and tidy so would like someone who is also the same and respects the property. I have a calm, friendly, hypoallergenic toy poodle who's loved by everyone.

It's only me that lives here - I am easy going, live a quiet lifestyle and work from home occasionally but out working most days. My work hours are long days and early starts so would appreciate someone who respects that and keeps noise minimum after 11pm.
