Hello there, I am looking for a tenancy takeover for a room in The Maltings. Suitable for students from NTU as a free bus pass is provided. The bus stop is right in front of the building that takes you straight to NTU bus stop. The bus pass can be used for all Nctx transport as well.
-The kitchen is refurbished with a new modern look.
- Flatmates are friendly and sociable people and they are also clean so no mess in the kitchen
- 5 people in one flat with a separate toilet and bathroom, so I never had to wait for it.
- Sainsbury and Aldi is less than 10 min walk or you can take the bus that takes you right to the entrance
