Hello, I’m renting a single furnished room in 3 bed semidetached private house in a quiet area with 2 females and 2 cats living in, however from end of August female will be relocating so I’ll have a single room free. The house is furnished with brand new furniture and is located in NG6, has a lovely conservatory and sunny garden to enjoy. Public transport- 2 tram stops nearby, both between 3-6 minutes walk from the property along with a bus route next to it that offers excellent links to city centre and all over Nottingham.
All bills included. Mattress protector,
pillows, duvet and a bedding set will be provided for the room as well. Female Students and working professionals preferred.
I’m easy going professional that love peace and quiet in the house, enjoy eating in and watching documentaries, travelling, exploring new cultures and learning new languages so l'd be great to find someone like minded. Enjoy my own company but also love a good chat with a glass of wine sometimes or cooking a meal together!
