We are a friendly couple who would like to rent out our spare room to a professional or student. We have a generous sized room with its own shower.
Wireless broadband available as well as general amenities such as washing machine and shared kitchen facilities. On street parking.
We are situated in a quiet location with easy access to public transport into the city (bus and tram) and not far from the M1.

Mon to Fri rents considered.
