Newly renovated house for females

Beautiful home in Old Basford house just 5 minutes walk from tram stop and 30 seconds from bus stop. Quiet location but close to the local shops and has lovely paved garden with outdoor furniture.

I have a large newly decorated bedroom available on the top floor for £500.
The room is very quiet, painted white with a matching white furniture included, A double white wooden bed and new mattress, three white double wardrobes, a desk, chair, a white chest of draws, two mirrors. The carpet is grey along with the curtains, blind and lampshade.

The shared rooms in the house are a large bathroom with power shower and bath,
a sitting room overlooking the garden,
an additional dining room/sitting room,
a new kitchen with lots of storage. two large fridge freezers, new washing machine, cooker, microwave kettle and air fryer.

The other girls are all on different shifts with their jobs so never a problem with the bathroom.

Bills included in £500 rent
Wifi,
council tax,
water,
TV

The deposit is £500

Gas and electricity are extra to rent. Bills are approximately £25 per room in summer and £100 in winter. In spring and autumn about £50 per month
So annual usage £600 per person approximately paid directly to Utility Company.

Which means rent with utilities is £550 approx if you wanted to compare to other all inclusive properties with rooms to rent.

A cleaner who visits twice a month is included with the price so the house is always clean and tidy.

The other tenants are all post graduate girls in full time employment aged 25 to 28 years old. I would like another female similar in age and employment status.

It’s a non smoking house with no pets or couples.
