Detached House in Retford

Looking for a mature person to live in a 4 bedroom detached house with small garden

The house is spacious and has a modern kitchen looking out on to a small garden, with washing machine, microwave, fridge, kettle, etc. And the bedroom is a decent size, with a double sofa bedroom, wardrobe. and has access to a shared bathroom. There's internet connection and there's also a pub 5 mins away, that has it too.

The house is near amenities, such as local shops and 6 mins walk to the train station and 15 mins walk to Retford Town Centre,

I'd like someone who is fairly clean and tidy. respectful, honest, fairly quiet, independent but friendly in a relaxed environment. (It's not a place where you bring noisy house mates in and out)..
And it's important you have a job, during the day or weekends/ or you are a student.

You'd be sharing with 2 other people (the female person is around during the weekends only and the male person is there 7 days a week). and they are not a couple.

If interested, the best time to view the room during the weekends and you can view from the 21st of June onwards., and the moving date will start from June 21st..
