The property is just a few mins drive from jct 28 of the m1 and the a38 giving easy routes to Chesterfield (20 mins) derby (25 mins) Nottingham (30 mins) and Mansfield (15 mins) the nearest train stations are kirkby in Ashfield and alfreton.

It has a decent sized back garden that is grassed.

I am a easy going 29 year old professional that works mon to Friday at weekends I visit my friends or stay in with movies I'm happy to socialise but do enjoy my own space too. I'm not a massive drinker a good night out every now again is enough for me :)
