She is looking for 10 hours a week of practical help ( Cooking, shopping etc..) in your spare time in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

The property is 10 min drive from Bingham Train station (6 miles) Car Drivers essential for your own transport.

He would really benefit from the reassurance of having someone around his home in the evenings and over-night. Someone working from 9am to 5pm would be ideal.
