Spiral staircase leads to mezzanine floor with bedroom area and clothes storage. 120cm wide bed with all bedding provided. Furnished room with desk and sitting area. Covered deck sitting space outside your front door.

Ensuite wet room style bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Central heating, wifi and all bills included in the monthly rent. May suit Monday to Friday user, in which case rent is negotiable. On street parking no problem.
Suit quiet professional ... friends and partners welcome to visit but not to stay over more than 2 nights per week. No loud music after 11pm.

Short lets considered at £410 pcm or £99 per week. Couples considered but only for short let. Rent £450 per month

Radcliffe on Trent is a large village south east of Nottingham, with 2 bus services and railway station. The Villager bus is 2 minutes walk from my house; the Mainline 12 minutes; station 10 minutes. I'm on a quiet road, so it's a peaceful house.
