A mews house in an exclusive area, St James Park which is near to Nottingham, Newark, Radcliffe On Trent AND Bingham off the A52/A46. 20 mins drive or bus into Nottingham by car and half an hour to Lincoln by car.
All mod cons incl dishwasher. Garden, tennis courts, off road parking. On bus route if required but better suited to a car driver. A 20/30 min drive into city centre of Nottingham in the morning rush hour. Happy for somebody to stay Mon-Frid or adhoc days per month or 1 or 2 nights per week - very flexible. Clear provided.

Ideal location to access the A46 to Newark/Lincoln/London and the A1/ Grantham or M1 Leics/London. Very safe area for male and females.
