I am looking for a likeminded, friendly, trustworthy lodger for my 2 bedroom home in the lovely village of Radcliffe on Trent. There is a local bus service to the centre of Nottingham every 10mins, local amenities a 10min walk away from the property and country walks on the doorstep. The ideal person MUST get on with dogs and be respectful of my home. I’m a working professional but wouldn’t mind a student lodger either.
I have a boyfriend who lives with me in the property so must be okay with this too.
The property is a new build, less than two years old which I own myself.
The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers. It has recently been decorated by myself and is a lovely, fresh room. Please feel free to bring tv/electrical goods to put in there.
