Double Room in Radcliffe on Trent

Hi,

I have a spare double-room to rent, all bills included.

The house has an open plan living/dining room and a large conservatory. All nicely decorated etc. There is a fairly large garden, a garage and shed you can use for storage. Parking would be off road for you on the driveway at the back, although there is also plenty of quiet on-road parking also.

£395 with all bills (per month, including council tax, Wifi, etc).

The double room is nice, clean, light - although it was hard to capture it in the photo. You would have your own fridge and small freezer also.

I like to have friends for parties occasionally and dinner etc.. I love country walks, trying interesting food, the cinema and yoga. I would like someone responsible and trustworthy who can also look after the house when i am not there.

I also work from home a lot (am a manager for the NHS) so i would prefer a house mate who is at work in the daytime rather than a student/working from home also, etc. However, given the current climate i realise you may be working from home for a few months. I have a study and you could work in the dining area etc. if needed.

I occasionally look after my parents dog (and he would love you whoever you are!). It is also fine if you have your own dog. I love all dogs! There is a nice garden and lovely local walks.

Radcliffe has the benefit of being very close to town (10-15 mins on the bus - very frequent buses) but also close to the countryside, including cliff top walks over the river Trent within very close walking distance and a few minutes drive to the beautiful Vale of Belvoir.. I sound like a Tourist agent but it really is Nottingham's hidden gem!
