A large well furnished double room available in a fully furnished five bedroom, 3 storey house in Radcliffe-on-Trent.

Radcliffe-on-Trent is a highly regarded village south of the River Trent and only 5 miles from West Bridgford and 7 miles from the centre of Nottingham. [It also is handily placed for Holme Pierrepont which can be accessed via the back village lanes.] It has several pubs and cafes (including a Costa), late opening Tesco and Co-op, and various other village centre shops with plenty of parking.

Buses run from Radcliffe-on-Trent into West Bridgford and Nottingham, with a part dedicated bus lane, every 15 minutes and take approximately 15/20 minutes. The bus stop is approximately a 3 minute walk from the house.

Alternatively there is a train station which is approximately an 8 minute walk away which gets you into the centre of Nottingham in about 12 minutes.

The house is also handily placed close to the A52 which takes you east to Bingham/Grantham and west to Nottingham. The A46 is also a couple of minutes drive which gives great access to Leicester or the M1 Southbound or Newark/Lincoln Northbound.

The room is located on the middle floor next to the large bathroom. It is fully furnished and includes a Super- Kingsize bed (see photo). It also has bedside cabinets, a wardrobe, a desk and a multi cube storage cabinet. All furniture is optional and can be moved out if not required.

There is a large bathroom next to the room (which would be shared with one other lodger) which has a large round bath and a separate glass cubicle power shower.

There is a large fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a range cooker. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer with extra food storage and a large fridge and smaller separate freezer for the use of lodgers.

There is also a living room with a large flat screen TV.

The house has a very good (59 mpbs dl) wifi broadband connection and plenty of power sockets. There is some off street parking but plenty of street parking on quiet roads. The house has a decked patio and a lawn.

Although the room is available 7 days a week if fewer days are required the rent could be adjusted accordingly. The rent includes all bills. Please note there will only ever be a maximum of two lodgers other in the house despite the number of bedrooms as that seems to work the best.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately full time wfh is not possible but part time wfh will be considered.

Finally just to say I have been renting rooms in my house now for a few years and have had no problems at all. My lodgers have all stayed with me between 1 and 3 years and I've made some good friends. Overall I'd like to think a very warm and relaxed environment and I've had some great thank you cards for those who have moved on, most to buy homes of their own.
