Double room available in shared house

I have a spare double room in a family home. The house has two bathrooms but they are not an en-suite.
I am recently divorced and am looking for a clean, quite and fun loving person to share with until the house is sold. Therefore can only accommodate short term lets only. I work at the Queens Medical Centre which is also near the University so may be able to help with transport.
I have two children, one is at university and so is not at home much and the other lives at home and works nights.
The house is situated in a quite area of Radcliffe on Trent but is close to a good bus route into Nottingham. There is also easy access to Grantham and Newark.
