Looking for a friendly young professional

I now have an empty double room ready for a house mate! I have just redecorated it so it's clean and tidy and comes fully equipped with chest of drawers, wardrobe and double bed.

There is a computer, printer and unlimited broadband in the house which you are welcome to use. The local pub is a stones throw away and does great home made food at reasonable prices.

I'm 29 and run my own business. I work in Notts city centre which is only about 15 minutes away. I drive however the bus stop is right outside which I usually catch when heading out at the weekend or evenings. It's really easy and runs until about 2am at the weekend.

I have quite an active social life seeing friends, going out with work colleagues and playing sport. I'm really laid back, enjoy having a laugh and easy to get on with. Looking for someone of a similar age who is also a professional. It would be great to chill out with someone in the evenings, share a bottle of wine, cook some dinner and waste away the evening talking about nothing in particular!

I do like to try and make sure I keep the place tidy - though I have my moments and leave the washing up until the morning sometimes but doesn't everyone!? The point is, if when you leave a room you automatically switch the light off then we'll get on just fine!
